A cell is where two or more people meet together to pray, to study the Word of God and to disciple new converts. When you see someone wearing a pin with the G12 logo, they have graduated from the School of Leaders and are leading an active cell. The School of Leaders is conducted twice a year under the leadership of the Pastor to train and equip men and women to become qualified Cell Leaders.

In order to be a Cell Leader at Cornerstone Church you must be:

		An Active Member of a Cell Group.
		An Active Member of Cornerstone Church. (Attended Discover the Difference Classes)
		A Tither (Records Kept by Church Business Office)
		Attended An Encounter (See Info on Encounters)
		Successfully Completed the 10-Week School of Leaders Course.
		Spirit Filled.
